Send an account deletion request
You can request deletion without reinstalling the Android app or signing in to the website. Petbuy - Online Pet shop is published on Google Play by AsiaitServices.
- Email info@petbuy.in from the email address registered to your PetBuy account.
- Use the subject PetBuy account deletion request. State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Include an ad reference if it helps identify the account.
- If you cannot access your registered email, explain this in your message. Support will discuss how to verify ownership before changing account records.
This is a request handled by support; clicking the email link does not immediately delete an account. Do not include your password, card details, UPI PIN or identity documents.
What happens to your data
After confirming ownership, we review the request to remove your account information, revoke sign-in tokens and remove your associated public advertisements and uploaded ad photographs. If you only want a particular ad, photo or item of personal information removed, specify that instead of requesting deletion of the whole account.
Transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute records may need to be retained where there is a legal or security reason. We will explain any retention exception in our response. Backup copies may remain until rotated or replaced. Copies held by search engines, other users or external services such as WhatsApp are outside our direct control.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage does not delete your server account. Deleting your account does not automatically request a refund or resolve outstanding transactions.
